2022 Local Rules

Football Central 35s Local Rules
1. Games are played fortnightly on Friday nights with the kick off between 7-8pm. Games can kick off out with that time but have to be agreed by both teams.
2. The home team arranges the park and referee. Contact with the away opposition and referee has to be made and game confirmed no later than the Monday night prior to the Friday night fixture. An email with game details has to be sent confirming fixture to centralregions35s@hotmail.com by the home team. Full season fixtures/assigned referees can be found on the league website
3. The Home team must post all results on Facebook page (Central Regions 35s) or Twitter (@centregions35s) no later than 11pm on the Friday night fixture.
4. Teams can register a maximum of 30 players at any time. Goalkeepers can be any age.
5. Registrations have to be emailed to registrations secretary (cent35sReg1@hotmail.com) no later than a Wednesday 7pm if your player wants to play in the Friday fixture. A player can only play once Registration Secretary confirms registration and emails you with teamlines and player included.
6. There are no limits to the numbers of players for Match Day squads. Rolling subs are permitted.
7. Trialists – Teams can play a maximum of 4 trialists per game league game. Trialists are not permitted to play in any Cup Fixture. A player can play 3 times as a trialist and then has to be signed by the club. All trialists must produce photo ID to the referee and opposition manager before any game. Photo ID must be a driving license or passport. If no photo ID produced before game then the player wont be able to play in that fixture.
8. Teamlines will be generated by Registration Secretary who will email them to the Team Secretary. Two copies of Teamlines must be printed and completed fully in every fixture. Both copies to be handed to referee prior to kick off.
9. Players registered to be play Junior football can still be registered within your squad but are NOT eligible to play in any Central Regions 35s League or Kenny Parry Memorial Trophy/Presidents Cup fixture. Registered Junior players can however still play in any Scottish Cup fixture.
10. Game Costs are split 50/50 with the away team contribution capped at a maximum of £70.
11. Referee matchday costs are £40.
12. No free week requests will be granted. All set fixtures must be played on or before the cast fixture date. Unfulfilled fixtures will result in a £30 fine and team will be liable for any opposition expenses.
13. All teams must register a minimum of 11 players no later than 3 weeks before their first league game of the season. Failure to comply with result in a £30 fine.
14. Any false player registration submissions will be subject to a £10 fine.
15. Any player playing as a trialist within the Football Central Over 35s or Over 40s League, who receives a Fixed Penalty suspension, will be required to serve that Fixed penalty Suspension with the next Club he registers with, regardless of whether that Club is participating in the Over 35’s or Over 40’s section of Football Central Regions 35s/40s football.
16. Teams will play each other twice with the home/away league format resuming this season.
